Floricoltura Prandini di Prandini Gabriele is a horticultural farm open to the public in via Sempione n ° 33, Borgo Ticino (NO) specializes in the reproduction and cultivation of garden plants, small fruits and healthy fruits and in the sale both to individuals and to wholesalers and large retailers. Purchases can be made at the nursery or by mail as shown below.

Prices and availability

All prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. The availability of the products online is REAL and the prices refer to single units of products.

The cost of transport will be calculated based on the quantity of plants purchased.

Claim

The goods must be checked upon receipt.

Claims are accepted by telephone, by e-mail, only if they are attached with photos.
Claims are not accepted after three days of receipt of the goods (packaging, damage, discrepancies). The selling party does not provide a guarantee that the goods will take root as the plants are supplied in excellent condition and the resumption of growth depends directly on the buyer’s care and on the weather conditions. The goods always travel at the customer’s risk even if delivered carriage paid at destination.

Right of withdrawal

The rights of the customer are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005 s.m.i . The Customer therefore has the right to withdraw from the contract, and without increasing costs upon receipt of the products.

The return must be complete with all its parts, including accessories, manuals and other material present in the package. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our store is received, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. Once the goods have been received and their integrity checked, the price of the goods will be refunded to the current account indicated in the letter in which it is requested to exercise the right of withdrawal. If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, it will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Floricoltura Prandini will proceed with the reimbursement by bank transfer and will be gross of delivery costs.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where damage to the product is ascertained for reasons other than transport.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise regarding this contract, the competent court is that of Novara.
