Our plants are packed in special packaging with extreme care; shipments are made by BRT express courier and will be made in the first days of the week with delivery in 24/36 hours.
As soon as the plants are received, we recommend opening the packages and removing the plants; these can be left in pots until the time of transplantation, while if you wish to treat them in pots, we recommend that you follow the instructions that you will find inside the box.
We do not take responsibility for any delays due to the shipping service or for national holidays and / or for patronal holidays. Shipments will not be made in the event that there are midweek holidays.
At the time of shipment, the tracking number will be sent by email; we kindly ask you to monitor the shipment to ensure delivery to avoid putting your package in storage. In the latter case, we are exempt from any responsibility in the event that the plants die.
For bureaucratic matters, the invoice must be specifically requested at the time of purchase as per current law; if not requested at the time of the order, it cannot be requested later.
Transport costs will be calculated at the time of purchase.
